| Getting Started When you are ready for a confidential review of your financial portfolio, please contact Tom for an initial consultation. This meeting will include a discussion of your financial goals, the investment approach of BMWA, and an opportunity to answer any questions you may have.. After your initial meeting, and upon your decision to have BMWA advise you on your investments, you will be asked to provide latest account statements and sign BMWA's investment advisory agreement. You will fill out Ameritrade Advisor Service's new account and transfer forms, as well as a risk Briarcliff Manor Wealth Advisors' ADV part II, which is filed with the State of New York. You will also receive a privacy policy statement. Shortly thereafter, Tom will go over with you the Investment Policy Statement. This document will outline the investment program developed for your particular financial situation, and will be regularly reviewed as a gauge to determine the success in meeting your financial goals. BMWA works hard to assure that the transfer of your account is as quick and easy as possible. As your assets are transferred, be aware that BMWA is not the custodian. Your investments will be sent directly to and be safely held at Ameritrade Advisor Services, a well known discount brokerage firm. Ameritrade provides a monthly statement showing all transactions and current investment valuations. They also provide online access to your account. Fees: BMWA's compensation is from fees that are based on the value of your investments in your portfolio. The investment advisory fee is charged quarterly and normally is deducted directly from your Ameritrade brokerage account. It is in our best interest to grow your asset values, while minimizing the amount of commissions and fees. view BMWA's fee schedule BECOME A CLIENT contact us |
